We are pleased to announce the 2008 Iowa City Home & Builder Show returns February 22 - 24 to the Coralville Marriott Convention Center. The Iowa City Area Home Builder’s Association has added new attractions to this year’s show to continue to build one of the top home shows in Eastern Iowa. A new look, with a redesigned exhibit hall, and additional booths and attractions in the Coral Ballroom will enable us to showcase more of our products and services.

Walk down a beautiful boulevard in the exhibit hall that will take you to the inspiration home that will be fully automated, feature the latest design trends, and Iowa/Midwest building materials and much more.

World renowned pianist Dan Knight will be performing in the Inspiration Home on Friday, Feb. 22 from 6-7 p.m.; Saturday, Feb. 23 from 2-3 p.m.; and Sunday, Feb. 24 from 10-11 a.m. As one of the world's finest improvising musicians, Dan Knight is one of the acknowledged master pianists of his generation. He's earned a worldwide reputation as an engaging person whose wit, personality and peerless musicianship fills concert halls and jazz clubs alike.

The Designer Showcase rooms are being featured in the Coral Ballroom. Our “Ask A Designer Program” is designed for the consumer to bring in plans and talk to some of the finest designers in eastern Iowa. The Coral Ballroom as well as the Inspiration Home will have interior designers available to answer your questions throughout the weekend.

The Iowa City Home & Builder Show is a quality consumer home show in Eastern Iowa.
Over 100 exhibitors and 179 booths will fill the exhibit hall and Coral Ballroom of the
Marriott Convention Center. This show will allow area consumers to see, touch, compare and buy everything they need for their homes and gardens.
