We are currently looking to help fill framing needs for 6-10 General Contractors in the Ft. Myers Beach Florida area on approximately 30-50 projects. Project styles range from single family condos to high rise buildings. Work consists mostly of reframing main floor levels of these buildings back to dwelling, common, office, and bathroom spaces. Most framing is wood with some areas requiring light gauge steel. Framing Contractor would work directly for the General Contractor that we connect them with and would need to acquire their own licensing if required.
This is what we are currently helping to staff, although there are hundreds of opportunities similar to this description as well.
