You’re sure to appreciate this wonderful home on the edge of town in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the future site of a large city park and recreational area. Each year, the Greater Iowa City Home Builders Association works in partnership with the area high schools to build a home for the Parade of Homes. This year, a team of student builders, supervised by home building professionals, learned the ins and outs of home construction as they built this house from the ground up.
