Whole House Remodel and Addition

An 18x26 foot first-floor addition on the east side with a den, full bath, and kitchen with French doors that walk out to a patio, a 22x12 foot north addition with a mud room, back entry, 3-seasons porch, a 16x22 foot deck, and a 30 foot pillared-porch along entire south side of the house. The original oak floors have been refinished and extended to the new kitchen and large foyer. Other improvements include two full baths, new roof, heating, air-conditioning, wiring, insulation, fireplace converted to gas, aluminum siding and carpeting upstairs. The house is wired throughout for stereo and computer terminals. Improvements on the grounds include extension of the south yard and original limestone wall fronting the property and straightening the driveway for easy access.
