This 1200 square foot remodeled basement is accentuated with remote control cove lighting. The granite remote control fireplace is a beautiful enhancement to this modern home. Recessed lighted shelves and recessed big screen TV give the basement a comfortable feel. The blue granite wet bar sits along the pool table. An intercom/stereo system by Elan was installed throughout the house. The basement was also given a built-in 90 gallon salt water aquarium. This remodel has a lot of modern flair.
