This basement and first floor addition to a 1970's ranch home features a master bedroom suite. The custom designed trim package is the highlight of the project. Added space, lighting and atmosphere were increased in the master bedroom and bathroom. Indirect lighting accents the crown molding, a skylight brightens the bathroom and a gas fireplace warms the entire area. The bathroom is finished with ceramic tile, a 3' x 5' shower and an additional closet. Basement improvements include using the additional space with the existing area for a bedroom and computer cove. A gas fireplace adds further appeal to the basement. The addition brought the need for a new heating and cooling system throughout the entire house.
