This 800 sq. ft. addition and remodel is highlighted by it's original woodwork both inside and out, which is carried through to the new areas. In addition the creation of clear spans with the use of steel beams and manufactured lumber, allow the old areas to blend with the new areas to create a large, open, unobstructed space. The new areas are heated with an underfloor hot water heating system which is zoned to specific areas.
