The renovation includes attached garage, window replacement, restored pine floors, new electrical, three new baths, first floor laundry, and high efficiency heat/cool unit. Maple flooring, cherry cabinets, and a fireplace with custom cherry built-ins highlight the kitchen/family room. A screened porch overlooks the flower garden.
