Originally built in 1896, this home was converted to a duplex in 1970. Since 1996 the current owners have restored this home to a single-family residence by removing division walls, refinishing the wood floors and stripping paint from the woodwork throughout. Improvements can be seen in the siding and insulation, the roof, windows, doors, the kitchen, first and second floor bath, oak floors on the second level, built-in cabinets, and complete re-landscaping of backyard including a deck.
