Addition/Whole Home Renovation

This 1912 prairie style home in a historic district of Iowa City features an 1850 square foot family room/master suite addition with attached garage and wrap around porch. Completely renovated interior includes custom cabinetry throughout, granite counters, cove ceilings, accent lighting, a rebuilt staircase, library and prairie style art glass. Special thanks to Marie for her unyeilding commitment to details and design throughout the project. Note: Parking is not available on Bella Vista Place. Please park on Linn & Brown Street.
