and Donna Henn were most interested in building
a sunroom to compliment the existing patio and pool
area of their home. David expressed that enjoying
their patio and pool area was of great importance
and that an enclosed area would offer all the scenery
with an option to be out of direct sunlight at the
poolside. The sunroom addition was designed with
a hip-style room to compliment the existing home,
including wood-shake shingles. To achieve an open
view to the patio and pool area the sunroom’s walls
were constructed with Temo sliding windows. All
the windows feature high performance, (HPG) tempered
glass, full screens and a special “stay-clean” finish
to the exterior of the glass. The interior of the
room’s ceiling and back wall was finished with tongue
and groove cedar for a more contemporary look. |
