Sunroom Addition |

and Jeanine Markt were introduced to the idea of
building a sunroom addition on their home by an
existing Home Town Restyling customer. The Markts
had an existing deck area on the back of their home,
which made a perfect area for the sunroom addition.
“I wanted to bring some of the outdoors indoors,”
said Jeanine Markt. In order to have an open view
to the garden and back yard area the sunroom’s walls
were constructed with TEMO sliding patio windows,
including glass transoms above all the windows and
the door, and a custom glass gable. All the windows
feature high performance, (HPG) tempered glass,
full screens and a special “stay-clean” finish to
the exterior of the glass. The interior of the room’s
ceiling and back wall was finished in tongue and
groove cedar to achieve the outdoor look they desired. |
