project, located in Manville Heights, is a 1,250
sq. ft. 2-story addition with 350 sq. ft. of the
original house renovated. The current owners needed
a larger kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and
a fourth bedroom. One of the overriding goals of
the project was to maintain the original look and
feel of the existing house in the neighborhood.
This project features cherry kitchen and bath cabinets,
granite counter tops, hardwood and tile floors and
a custom-built entertainment center. Steam shower
replacement windows, full basement with over-sized
entrance and new mechanical upgrades. |
