| We
took a small home built in 1930s that had three
small bedrooms and one bath in the upper level;
living room, kitchen and dining room on the first
floor with a single car garage and added a large
family room on the first floor with double French
doors opening onto a large screened porch overlooking
the private back yard. The first floor travel pattern
is open so that everyone can enjoy each other in
every room. The granite counter tops in the kitchen
with handmade cabinets were designed to the owner’s
liking. On the upper floor a large master bedroom
was added above the family room to give the owner
their own private suite with a custom designed bathroom
and walk-through, walk-in closet. This total house
remodel is a must see to see what can be done to
a small, two story built home from the 1930s. |
