About The Project
This remodeling project was a dream for many years as the 100-year-old limestone foundation had deteriorated, producing structural stresses on the house. The entire home was lifted in place, and a new basement with addition was added. Major restoration projects included: Uncovering wood floors, restoring the kitchen to its original configuration, and restoring the second porch. The addition includes a new kitchen area, a conservatory, and large bathroom.
