About
The Project
This project is a 727 sq. ft. family room addition
with full basement. The decor resembles a western lodge
with a large wood burning
fireplace and exposed trusses. The room creates ample space
for
dining and entertaining. Decks for the hot tub and grill
were added with steps to access the yard. The basement has
an exercise room and guest room with an outside entrance.
A large wrap-around front porch with an angled entrance
and expanded laundry complete the package.
