About
The Project
An 1,060 sq. ft. addition added a family room,
breakfast room, music room, bathroom, and screened porch
made to look like the original house. All new woodwork was
created by Duffey Brothers’ shop, including: the interior
custom trim, a round-top French door, archways, window seats
and an entertainment center. An open floor plan with many
windows, sky lights, French doors, in-floor heat, stained
glass windows, and a large stone fireplace fulfilled the
goal of brightening the rest of the original house
