Having
been built in the early 1900s, this lovely old farmhouse had
been updated many times over the years. The homeowners needed
a bigger garage, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and a great
room for their growing family.
Lammers Construction added the garage and great room additions
first, then moved into the interior to remodel throughout
the winter, completing the project in June... just in time
for the new baby!
“The homeowners chose to go the extra mile by using
period-appropriate building materials and design features,”
says Dan Lammers of Lammers Construction Services, proving
that it is possible to seamlessly tie together an older home
with a newer renovation.
By
updating the home and adding more living space and a larger
garage, Lammers Construction has given this family room to
grow.
