This ambitious project transformed a commercial building into a house that any family would be proud to call home. The former Fairview Golf Course Clubhouse was no longer in use and was headed for demolition. Jeremy Patterson Construction stepped in and moved the home to a new location and then totally remodeled the building, top to bottom.

Moving the building was no easy task. The clubhouse had to be literally cut in half in order for it to be moved.

Once it was moved to its new location, the building was put on a new foundation. After that, Jeremy Patterson Construction changed the roof pitch in back and added a garage. From top to bottom, the entire building was gutted and rebuilt with quality finishes including custom cabinets and granite countertops.

Perhaps the biggest challenge of the project was to bring an old structure into a new housing development and make it look as good or better than the surrounding new homes. Jeremy Patterson Construction achieved this goal, completing an extreme makeover that you have to see to believe.
