PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Sometimes your home needs to grow along with your family. These homeowners originally worked with H&H Home Builders, Inc. to build their Parade Home in 2001. Six years later, they felt that they and their two children needed more room to grow. By converting the existing deck to a four-seasons porch, adding a new and larger laundry room, converting the old laundry into a larger, rear-entry with a drop-zone and lockers for the kids, and adding a third stall to the garage, the homeowners have much more space to enjoy for years to come.

The addition of another garage stall was possible because H & H Home Builders had originally positioned the home on the lot in such a way that a future addition could be considered.

The four-seasons porch is a wonderful, year-round living space with lots of glass and matching hardwood floors that flow from the existing dining area.

“Our intention was to build the addition in such a way that it looks like part of the original structure,” says Randy Hahn of H & H Home Builders.
