Sometimes you have to remove something old in order to make room for something new. In this case, Magruder Construction removed an old addition in order to build a large kitchen and family room addition. “It’s now an open area with large windows for an open view,” says Doug Magruder of Magruder Construction.

The remodeling project also included a new detached garage and a covered porch with a 20 ft. by 20 ft. stamped concrete patio just off the new family room.

Magruder and his team worked hard to make the additional look original to the house.
