PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

With their children grown, this couple decided that they wanted to remodel their home to make it more open and inviting when family and friends come to visit. The homeowners also wanted to take better advantage of the views of their yard, bringing the outside in.

John Roffman Construction worked with the homeowners to come up with the perfect design to meet all of their goals. By removing a breezeway between the house and garage, they were able to expand the kitchen and create a utility/laundry room. The first floor bedrooms and bath were also rearranged and new windows were installed. In addition, the furnace & water heater were replaced by a geothermal system.

The end result....a home that fits these home-owners to a tee and will for years to come.
