If you’re thinking about a home remodeling project, it’s important to open your mind to all of the possibilities. Home Town Restyling worked with this homeowner to create a truly unique, two-level four-season room.

“Originally the homeowner was thinking this would need to be done as two separate room additions,” says Drew Davis of Home Town Restyling. “The plan was changed to be one room addition with two levels.”

This unique two-level design features a California style off-set roof. The sunroom walls incorporate sliding Thermal insulated glass windows with removable screens, tempered safety glass and HGP 2000 High Performance tint coating. The sunroom includes a full view style door. This room also features custom trapezoid glass and top transoms, flooding the room with natural sunlight.
